Period Product Workshop
Helping people make informed, confident choices about menstrual products.
This interactive workshop takes the mystery out of menstrual products. We cover all available options - from disposable pads and tampons to reusable menstrual cups and period underwear - with practical demonstrations and honest discussion. Participants leave knowing how to use products safely, care for reusables, and choose what works best for them.
This workshop is available as a session for young people, staff wellbeing session, or as a staff training session which enables staff to deliver the content themselves within their communities.
