The Menopause

Understanding menopause symptoms, self-care, and support strategies.

The menopause is a natural stage of life but one that is often misunderstood or overlooked. This workshop breaks down what menopause is, the symptoms it can bring, and how to care for physical and mental health during this time. We also share tips for supporting others going through menopause, so young people and staff are aware of those at home or in the workplace.

This workshop is available as a student session, a staff wellbeing session, or as a staff training session which enables staff to deliver the content themselves within their setting.
